More than a decade ago, as high school students, the founders of Workscited4u observed that many of their classmates seemed to be cutting corners when it came to properly attributing sources. Much of the problem had to do with the tedium of figuring out the proper citation methods, and thought that if works cited formatting could be made simpler, easier, and maybe even a little fun, authors would be properly attributed and students would have a good time citing their publications - a win win!
